Devon Baits are a wholesaler of quality, blast frozen baits for Sea and Pike fishermen. We source the majority of our fish locally where possible, and support the use of ethical fishing methods.

Lamprey

Devon Baits Frozen Lamprey Sections, a super tough predator bait loaded with appeal conveniently cut up and ready to go. A parasitic species that feeds on other fish that oozes out blood as they thaw out. A great choice for targeting pike and catfish with natural appeal straight out of the bag.

Pike Pack

The Devon Baits Pike Pack contains five top quality deadbaits, carefully selected to offer a variety of bait option and sizes. This enables you to try a variety of baits, without having to buy a full pack of each. Ideal if you are visiting a new venue for the first time and experimenting.

The standard packincludes high oil baits such as mackerel and herring,as well as less oilysmaller baits likesprats and smelt. The larger baits can be cut in half to make two smaller baits should you wish. A deadly technique when your targeting other predatory species, especiallyzander.

Herring

These baits have been freshly caught, selected and then blast frozen to keep them as fresh as possible and to ensure they retain all of their natural oily liquid attractants. You usually get three baits in a pack although this can vary depending on the size of the fish.

Cut them in half and they are ideal for smaller predators or use one whole when fishing for big fish. The high oil content and strong aroma of Herring makes them suitable for use in coloured water where fish rely on scent more than sight to locate their prey.

Half Beak

Devon Baits Half Beaks, a super oily member of the flying fish family that live in huge numbers in warmer seas. A superb bait choice for all species seen around UK shores and also highly effective for pike. They average 25 to 30cm in length and are supplied in packs of three.
