The U1 reel has a smooth and easy running spinning reel, the high-quality gearing allows you to work with soft PE-braids effortlessly. The reel has 7+1 bearings with a 6kg drag which will handle many modern fishing conditions. The handle is screwed into the drive gear to ensuring a tight connection with minimized backlash.

The U1 reel has a 5.1:1 gear ratio that gives you an excellent line retrieve rate per handle turn.
