Gro (To grow in Norwegian) is 50% larger than its sibling, and has features that make it ideal for larger hands and larger uses. The blade is longer, meaning that it can tackle larger pieces of wood or heavier chores around the campfire. The handle is also longer and ergonomically adapted for larger hands. In addition to this, the finger guard is smaller, which provides less protection but more control for practiced hands.

Gro also comes with a natural leather sheath that features a notch that snaps the blade in place, and a loop for belt carry. The natural leather is embossed with an imprint depicting the annual rings of a three-trunk, reminding the owner that learning is a continuous process.
