The highly flexible blade ensures exceptionally smooth fish filleting. The traditional filleting knife has been aesthetically and functionally redesigned, offering increased blade flexibility. The handle is crafted from thermally treated Finnish wood. Laser-etched surface patterns on the handle provide a textured grip, while a wax coating protects the handle. This knife is suitable for processing fish up to 3 kg. It comes with a brown leather sheath and a waxed, heat-treated stainless steel blade.
