The latter allows the knives to be placed in the dishwasher. The 11 cm stainless-steel blades ensure easy cutting and excellent sharpness. The Facette Ash, Dark Ash, Olive and White boxed sets contain knives with smooth blades, while the Facette Slate set knives have micro-serrated blades.
